Down Hall Hotel & Spa has fourteen private dining & meeting spaces in total, ranging from intimate boardroom to larger function space for up to 200 guests.
Each of the four private rooms within the Mansion House offer guests high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Feel at home with modern audio visual equipment, comfortable seating, executive boardroom options and original characteristics such as open fireplaces and decorative Edwardian style doorways.
In addition, a further 10 private rooms sit within the West Wing, including the Bridgeman/Selwin Suite, a ballroom that can cater for 180 in a banqueting setup or 200 people theatre style. The Oxford Belcamp and Copley Beners rooms can cater for 60 banqueting and are decorated in a traditional style.
The kitchen team at Down Hall provide a signature buffet for day delegates and a variety of party menus to suit your occasion. As an independent hotel, the team are free from restriction and can adapt your menu to suit the event, whether that be a birthday party, Christening or wedding anniversary.
Down Hall boasts a further 110 acres of grounds whereby a whole host of activities are available including laser clays, Segway challenges, 4x4 driving experiences, archery and a whole host more. Down Hall has one of the most favourable and adaptable outdoor spaces in the UK.
